Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for a Point-of-Sale (POS) and/or ATM technician who is a proven problem solver
and has some mechanical and technical skills.


The ideal candidate should have previous experience working with a variety of ATMs (ex.
Genmega, Hyosung, Triton) and POS systems (ex. Aloha, Toast, Skytab, Spot On, Clover, etc),
and be comfortable with different models and brands. They should be skilled in diagnosing and
repairing issues with these systems and be able to work independently to solve problems. The
candidate should also be able to provide excellent customer service and be committed to
ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience.


Responsibilities:


● Diagnose and repair issues with ATMs and POS systems.
● Provide excellent customer service.
● Work independently to solve problems.
● Maintain and update an ATM inventory.
● Identify and solve issues with ATMs quickly and efficiently.
● Work with software and hardware vendors.


Requirements:


● High school diploma or equivalent.
● Basic electrical repair skills.
● Excellent problem-solving skills.
● Strong customer service skills.
● Reliable transportation.
● Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
● Travel required to facilitate service calls throughout our local territory
