AbTech Industries, Inc. is a dynamic and growing company in need of an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. We specialize in stormwater treatment applications, and our dedication to excellence has earned us a reputation for delivering top-notch products and services. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with expertise in QuickBooks Enterprise, particularly in inventory management, accounts payable, and sales order processing.

Old Town Scottsdale area. M-TH - No Fridays and 16-20 hours/week.

 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks Enterprise, with a strong emphasis on inventory management.
• Handle accounts payable functions, including processing invoices.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless order-to-invoice operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and answer financial-related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, OR
• 5-10 years of relevant bookkeeping experience, with a focus on QuickBooks Enterprise and inventory management.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise software is essential.
• Expertise in excel and data manipulation
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and sales order processing.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Critical thinking skills are a must.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
