Front Desk - Administrative Assistant/Office Coordinator

Duties:

  • Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and customers.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
  • Sort incoming mail by department and personnel.
  • Prepare travel arrangements for customers (hotel and car service bookings)
  • Hand out employment applications
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the office staff
  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Provide general administrative support, including responding to emails, and organizing documents.
  • Ensures the accurate and timely processing of client monthly statements and verifies activities of accounts receivable to ensure appropriate billing and collection- (training provided).

Experience:

  • 3+ Years working in customer service/admin assistance.
  • Microsoft Office and ERP systems
