Welder Fitter

We are seeking a Welder Fitter to become an integral part of our team The Welder will use specialized equipment to weld and assemble new metal forms.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and fitting tasks according to blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
  - Operate various hand and power tools to cut, shape, and weld metal components.
  - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine welding requirements.
  - Set up and operate welding equipment, including stick welding machines.
  - Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate dimensions and fit of welded components.
  - Inspect welded joints for quality and accuracy, making any necessary adjustments or repairs.
  - Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.

  Skills:

  - Proficient in stick welding techniques and able to produce high-quality welds.
  - Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication processes and techniques.
  - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  - Strong knowledge of basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
  - Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment.
  - Ability to operate a crane or rigging equipment safely.
  - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
  - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
