Key Responsibilities:

- Teach and inspire students in our Medical Assistant course
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Instruct students on clinical and administrative duties, including taking medical histories, recording vital signs, and preparing patients for examination
- Demonstrate and supervise laboratory procedures, such as drawing blood and administering medications
- Provide guidance on proper patient care and communication techniques
- Assess student performance through exams, assignments, and practical evaluations
- Address and support the varying needs and challenges of our students
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications:

- Minimum of three years of experience in a related field
- Teaching experience (including in-house training, seminars, classroom teaching, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to student success and educational excellence

Compensation:

- Competitive pay rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
