Director of Client Development

 

Kessler Consulting Services is a team of professional Cost-Segregation Engineers, with the goal of supplying quality solutions for our clients. KCS offers detailed and comprehensive deliverables for commercial property owners that utilize industry standard resources to complete building assessments, asset takeoffs, and asset calculations. We then pride ourselves in personally helping our clients integrate our findings into their usage.

 

As a growing independent contract team, we are adding a Director of Client Development to our professional group to help develop our business network and accelerate company growth. Our ideal applicant knows their way around Accounting Firms and Title companies, is highly organized with strong communication and critical thinking skills and has a passion for forming meaningful connections and nurturing client relationships.

 

Position Responsibilities:

· B2B communications, selling Kessler Consulting Services as a value-added accounting service, highlighting our Cost-Segregation Practices

· Develop network of CPAs and Title Companies to generate contracts and lasting partnerships

· Write proposals for services outlining Benefit Analysis and Scope of Work

· Assist in collecting data and materials essential for consulting projects

· Attend initial “Engineering-Hand-Off” with senior engineers and clientele

· Complete follow-ups post engagement and help retain clients

 

Requirements:

· Exposure to and knowledge of the accounting sector, as well as the commercial title industry

· Understanding of Cost-Segregation services, and a desire to apply it’s benefits

· Proven success in B2B sales

· Understanding of CPA firm and client ownership workings

· Understanding of Title firm structures

· Enthusiasm for making and retaining client connections

· “Rainmaker”/ “Hunter Gatherer”

 

This position is entirely remote, and 100% commission based. Pay is negotiable up to a 25% mark on proven performance. Travel costs are fully reimbursed. Some Tradeshow or Business Sector events will be required.
