Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts, and installation teams
  • Keep company truck clean, inside and out, and inventory up to date
  • Properly complete paperwork and join the on-call rotation
  • Participate in training and maintain a clean and professional appearance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a service plumbing role
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and excellent driving record
  • Journeyman License preferred
  • Willingness to obtain proper certifications
  • Strong customer focus and good communication skills
