Job Title: Project and Program Management - Program Manager Non Tech 3

Location: REMOTE (must follow PST hours) Preferred in Redmond office x2 week

Duration: 12-18 months

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

1. Minimum 3-5 years' experience with Technical Writing
2. Minimum 1-3 years' experience with Security
3. Minimum 3-5 years' experience with Program / Project Management experience

 

Summary:

The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc. or any other non-IT based project.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate should have Azure / cloud dev experience (Azure tenant setup. VM tenants), MSFT experience. The role requires technical writing experience, security experience, and project management skills

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.
  • Business administration or a related field degree is required to be eligible for this role.
  • Candidates with no technical writing, azure, cloud experience will not be eligible for the role.
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
