Perform necessary bindery functions to printed products:

Responsibilities

  • Perform finishing functions required by job ticket instructions: this includes coating, bookmaking, cutting, collating, encoding, folding, binding, packaging, etc.
  •  Ensure all packing and labeling is performed correctly
  • Quality check products for production errors
  • Route products to next stage in production
  • Perform shop floor data collection

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • - Basic math, including measurements and fractions
  • - Ability to multi-task
  • - Able to follow written direction with accuracy

Special Requirements

  • May require occasional overtime and weekend hours as deemed necessary by supervisor and/or management
  • Pay is based on experience
