Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Provide personalized service to clients by understanding their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.
In-Person Client Interactions: Assist clients face-to-face by discussing insurance options and guiding them through the selection process.
Policy Recommendations: Propose and explain insurance policies that align with clients' specific coverage requirements.
Claims Assistance: Aid clients with filing insurance claims and follow up with them on the progress.
Community Engagement: Participate in local events and activities to promote the agency and build connections with potential clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Ohio Property & Casualty License required.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred but we will train the right candidate.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Client-Focused: Passion for helping clients and delivering exceptional service.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor, build trust with clients, and represent the agency with integrity.
