We are seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to join our team You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure guest food quality by overseeing BOH team members
- Cost control management (Food and Labor)
- Hiring and training cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers
- Create weekly schedules for BOH staff
- Inventory & Ordering
Qualifications:
- 5+ years as Kitchen Manager in a Full-Service restaurant w/Bar (Casual Dining)
- Experienced in scratch-kitchen environments
- ServSafe certified (preferred)
