Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety at all times
- Oversee the daily operations of the business
- Train and supervise staff according to company standards and guidelines
- Communicate information from upper management accurately and promptly
- Assist HR tasks, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of pets, customers, and employees at all times
- Reliable transportation-Required
- Must have open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- One year of Dog Daycare or Kennel leadership experience -Preferred
- Previous experience as a supervisor or assistant manager
- Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to customers’ requests gracefully
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 70 pounds
