Job Duties:
- Perform building erection of our pre-engineered and wood framed buildings
- Ensuring all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Install roofing, siding, insulation, and flashing
- Identifying and resolving issues or obstacles that arise during the construction process
- Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
- Be a team player – mentor and train new members of the team
- Strong attention to detail – build it as if it were your own
Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to read a tape measure and operate hand powered tools
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (0-50lbs ground to shoulder, 0-80lbs ground to carry-height)
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend for long periods of time
- Ability to travel typically within the state of WI (Home every weekend)
