We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a team in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the front of house team, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
  • Ensure high standards of guest service and hospitality are maintained at all times.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance and career growth.
  • Oversee daily operations, including shift scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house operations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor and control operational costs, including labor and expenses.
  • Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant software.
  • Understanding of restaurant health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
