We are a boutique, family-run home improvement company specializing in residential remodeling. Committed to quality and growth, we invite a dedicated and proactive individual to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and making calls to prospective clients, collecting and entering prospect information into our system, scheduling meetings, and following up with clients and company salespeople. Additionally, you will oversee essential production responsibilities, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and all financial aspects related to contractors, vendors, and sales are accurately recorded. Your primary objective will be to effectively sell our services over the phone, generate client interest, and cultivate a strong desire for clients to purchase from us.
Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal English skills.
  • Excellent Verbal Spanish skills.
  • Strong writing ability for clear, professional communication.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a positive attitude.
  • Experience in home improvement or remodeling companies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or similar systems.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive/make calls to prospects, promoting our services.
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Collect prospect information accurately and enter it into our system.
  • Schedule and follow up on meetings with clients.
  • Collaborate with company salespeople for support and information sharing.
  • Conduct persuasive sales conversations.
  • Maintain accurate client interaction records and update the CRM system.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports on leads, deals, and sales performance.
  • Handle contractor/vendor payments and ensure all data is in our CRM.
  • Provide daily and weekly reports to our accountant regarding expenses and receivables.
  • Engage in daily and weekly communication with the accountant to ensure financial clarity and transparency.
  • Close the sales file of a project, ensuring the accuracy of expenses and income.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, offering feedback and coaching.
  • Conducted training sessions on product knowledge, communication skills, and dispatch techniques.
  • Analyze market trends, team preferences, and sales data to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with the telemarketing team and room manager for seamless integration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Prior experience in a home improvement/remodeling company is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for rapport and relationship building.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive and professional demeanor
