Bodycote is offering a $1500 sign-on retention bonus Bodycote offers:

  • Starting wages are $27.00-$30.00 depending on experience.
  • Paid holidays and paid time off.
  • Shift differential for off shifts is $1.50/hour. 
  • 401k with a match.

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm Monday - Friday.

Under general supervision, the Braze Set Up A Technician will be responsible for the setup of customer parts for the braze according to written requirements/specifications. They will also: 

  • Performs set-up procedures for brazing customer parts per specifications.
  • Practices and promotes safety and good housekeeping.
  • Must work in a manner consistent with the EMS.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned or dictated by position.
  • This position is responsible for the care and treatment of our customer’s inventory and as such will perform duties in a safe and responsible manner to prevent customer loss or damage.
  • Must have the ability to report for work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co-workers, understand and follow rules and procedures, and accept constructive criticism.

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications: 

  • This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements, therefore candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holders.  
  • Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum three - to five years in brazing.
  • Must be able to read and follow blueprints/specifications.
  • Must be able to wear safety equipment as required.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience of computer applications including Microsoft Office and databases is required.
