We are growing fast from coast to coast as a Nationwide QSR restaurant chain.

Presently seeking candidates for a District Manager, General Manager, and Assistant General Manager positions to lead the service and quality expectations of the restaurant teams in the Fort Oglethorpe area. Provide a fun, fast-paced and fulfilling work environment for team members with interest in development of self and team members to meet long term growth goals.

Salary base ranges from $43,500 to $70,500 plus bonuses depending on your skills, experience, and job level.

Requires:

  • 2 years of experience as a GM/AGM is required; with a successful history of quality Guest Service, Team Building and Development of people
  • 4 years experience for District Manager, P&L work, hiring, and operations of 4 to 5 stores
  • Experience in financial statements, sales or activity reports, and other performance productivity data
  • Aptitude towards learning, coaching and teamwork;
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards while managing time and priorities efficiently
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guest and team members
  • Always focused on profits and sales growth
