We're seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as the Manager of our soon to be sensory play and process art space for children. If you have a background in education, hands-on experience with children, and a knack for designing engaging activities, we invite you to bring your talents to our vibrant environment. As the Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting enriching experiences, fostering developmental growth, and creating a space where young minds flourish through interactive play and artistic exploration.

 

Responsibilities:

* Develop and curate engaging sensory play and process art activities suitable for young children

* Design a diverse schedule of classes encompassing various themes, ages, and developmental stages

*Manage the day-to-day operations of the sensory play and process art space, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment

* Lead and train staff to maintain quality standards and provide excellent customer service

* Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to acquire necessary materials and resources

* Evaluate and adapt activities based on children's responses and developmental needs

* Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for both children and their caregivers

Qualifications:

* Background in education or child development with a focus on early learning

* Proven experience working with children in educational or recreational settings

* Demonstrated creativity in developing age-appropriate activities and programs

* Strong organizational and managerial skills to oversee daily operations effectively

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with children, parents, and staff

* Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards for child-centric spaces

* Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering children's growth and development

For the Painting Parties & Classes, Customers choose from a variety of wooden blanks to paint or they can choose a class or activity online, reserve their spot, and come in store to paint.
