Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in commercial and apartment buildings
- Perform equipment repairs and replacements as needed
- Design and build ductwork systems for optimal airflow
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and longevity
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations and repairs in a timely manner
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Experience as a van driver for transportation of equipment and materials
- Ability to design and build ductwork systems for proper airflow
- Proficiency in equipment repair, including appliances and ammonia refrigeration systems
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose issues with HVAC systems
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate installations and repairs
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices to ensure HVAC systems are functioning optimally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
