Imprimis Group has partnered with a prestigious company in Dallas, TX, and they have an immediate need for an Sr. Accounts Receivable Lead. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a self-starter and would like to showcase their skills with a growing team  The A/R Lead is responsible for full-cycle Accounts Receivable; including but not limited to cash receipts, collections, invoices, credit, chargebacks, returns, commissions. Interacting directly with our customers, staff and other departments to resolve AR issues, and reconcile customer receivable balances.  Supervise and review AR staff.

SR. ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE LEAD| CONTRACT TO HIRE
ONSITE: RICHARDSON, TX | $68-73K | GREAT CULTURE & COLLABORATIVE ENVIRONMENT

JOB RESPONSIBILIITIES:

  • Responsible for full-cycle Accounts Receivable, credit and collection operations, returns and chargeback authorization.
  • Responsible for commissions and royalties’ reports.
  • Proactively resolve problems.
  • Work with other departments to analyze monthly return and consignment inventory.
  • Review orders and work with other departments concerning orders on hold.
  • Work with credit agencies to evaluate customer credit worthiness.
  • Prepare manual invoices and account adjustments.
  • Analyze charge backs and process/apply credit memos
  • Run daily/weekly/monthly reports, month end and year end reconciliation.
  • Analyze AR Aging reports and reconcile customer account balance.
  • Support audit of sales and use tax, franchise tax, and annual audit by CPA and other financial institutions.
  • Complete other projects as required.
  • Assist in other areas of the Accounting Department as needed.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
  • 3+ years of accounts receivable management experience required.
  • 5+ years of A/R, Credit and collections contribution experience required.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP principles.
  • Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner when dealing with internal and external company contacts.
  • Competent computer skills to perform essential functions listed above.
  • Advanced Excel skills to do reporting and analysis are required.
  • Previous experience working with back-office software programs preferred.
  • Must possess analytics and problem-solving skills, be proactive, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Planning/organizing—the individual prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently.
  • Detail oriented—the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
