Responsibilities
· Ability to apply operational analysis
· Successful vendor negotiations
· Equipment reviews
· Load Finder | Brokering Loads
· Driver Payroll
· Equipment Yard Checks
· Industry specific software (Geotab, Dat, Etc.)
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
· Coordinate and direct movement of trucks and freight
· Grow business through tactical coordination of freight movement
· Provide client and carrier support by telephone and email
· Prepare/mail/follow up on client and carrier reports
· Meet assigned quotas and daily operational requirements
Qualifications
· Previous truck dispatching experience required
· Good organizational skills
· High school degree or 1+ year college degree.
· Logistics experience preferred
· Microsoft Office experience
· Good verbal and written communication skills
