Job Title: CSR/Dispatcher

Location: Bensenville, IL 

Pay: $17.00

Job Type: Long term/ temp-to-hire

Shift: Full-time 10am to 6pm Monday - Friday 

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CSR/Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, schedule and dispatch service calls, and ensure smooth communication between customers and field staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check-in drivers as they arrive, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.

• Assign loading and unloading doors based on availability and operational needs.

• Dispatch outbound loads, coordinating with drivers and warehouse staff to meet schedules.

• Monitor the progress of outbound loads and address any issues that may arise.

• Maintain accurate records of driver check-ins, door assignments, and dispatch activities.

• Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse personnel, and management to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or a related field preferred.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in using dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Bilingual English/Spanish
