Are you ready to start a new chapter in the home improvement industry?  We are looking for an individual to grow our sales team.  As an in home sales person you will help customers find solutions to their home's problems and recommend the correct solutions.   This is a commission sales position.

Requirements:

-construction/remodeling background preferred

-roofing/siding/gutter/window/door/insulation/decks experience a bonus.

-experience selling home improvements (one or two call close)

-proven track record of closing sales

-strong focus of exceeding customer expectations

-Self-motivated and results oriented

-good driving record for access to drive company vehicles

-Follow up on sales leads and search for new leads as needed to grow sales

-Maintain a high level of customer service and additional sales performance

-ability to lift up over 40lbs of materials as needed

-Ability to recognize and rectify problems

-strong written and verbal communication skills

-technology savvy preferred

-Be honest and reliable

 

Essential Functions:

-learn, know and master all our products and services

-schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on many evening and weekends

-arrive to preset appointments

-time and work process management skills with ability to work independently

-Complete job quote paperwork as needed for office and installers

-load truck with tools, samples and materials needed for day’s appointments

-Provide prompt professional service to all customers by being polite, courteous and respectful

-Demonstrate professional knowledge of all company products and services

-Able to follow company’s rules and policies

-Not afraid of heights, ladders, scaffold, or staging (may need to work on 3 plus story buildings)

-Be able to lift ladders and some heavier objects as needed

-Be able to work outdoors in heat and cold, and some rain as needed

 

Other Duties:

-Maintain a high level of personal grooming and appearance

-Wear a clean, neat and proper company uniform every day

-Meet company standards for attendance and punctuality

-Maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the company

-Keep tools, vehicles and warehouse clean, organized and in good working order
