This is a First Impression Associate position based out of our Phoenix, AZ location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet each customer with a smile and warm welcome.
  • Assist customers in placing orders by obtaining job specifications; prepare complete and accurate work order forms
  • Invoice for jobs.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves issues with orders and customer complaints.
  • Accepts payment for work by cash, check, credit card, or account.
  • Opens utilizes and reconciles cash drawer daily.
  • Reconciles credit card machines at the end of each business day.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the proper department.
  • Call customers to notify project completion.
  • Assist other departments as needed.
