Are you an experienced Pharmacist seeking a rewarding career opportunity in Macomb, Illinois? Look no further We're hiring a dedicated individual to join our team for a direct-hire position in an outpatient hospital setting.

Position: Outpatient Hospital Pharmacist
Location: Macomb, Illinois
Shift: Rotating 8-hour shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM; Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Requirements:

  • Active Illinois Pharmacist license
  • Minimum of one year of recent experience in pharmacy
  • Willingness to be cross-trained in Long-Term Care (LTC) and Hospital settings

Responsibilities:

  • Dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care
  • Participating in medication management programs
