Our company, a leading Renewable Independent Power Producer (IPP), is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

 

Responsibilities:

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of our renewable energy sites. Your primary duty will be to ensure the efficient and safe production of clean and sustainable energy, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

 

- Leading a team of technicians and contractors in the maintenance and upkeep of renewable energy sites.

- Managing and coordinating maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.

- Conducting regular inspections and monitoring system performance to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.

- Ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

- Collaborating with various departments, including Engineering and Project Management, to develop and implement strategies for improving site performance.

- Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities and preparing reports for management.

- Maintaining an inventory of spare parts and equipment to ensure timely repairs and replacements.

- Implementing and monitoring quality control measures to ensure the highest quality of work and adherence to industry standards.

- Participating in regular training and keeping up-to-date with industry developments and advancements.

 

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.

- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of renewable energy systems, including wind, solar, and hydro.

- Experience in project management and scheduling.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

- Willingness to travel and work at various renewable energy sites as needed.

 Salary: $26,000 to $38,000 yearly
