Under the direction of the CRM and eMarketing Strategies Manager, the Database QC Coordinator is responsible for deduping, cleansing, and maintaining key communications/marketing/business development data housed in the newly launched Intapp CRM database. The Data Quality Coordinator temp ensures data quality is maintained by using system de-duping tools to cleanse companies, contacts, and addresses, as well as reviewing DQM queue, processing new contacts, pending/discovered contacts, and ensuring that basic data standards and contact integrity are preserved.

 

The Database QC Coordinator is expected to gain and maintain current knowledge and understanding of the Firm's resources/capabilities, culture, clients, practices, industries, marketing services, and programs to effectively fulfill the duties of the position.

The candidate is responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with firm client service standards and core values. In addition, this position is expected to adhere to data security/privacy.

 

Essential Position Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry, research, verification and cleansing
  • Process data changes in a timely and efficient manner
  • Design, run and distribute reports, saved searches and other data downloads
  • Assist with updates and maintenance of the Firm's mailing lists, including lists used for newsletters, client/prospect communications, practice/industry groups, alumni, and special events
  • Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

 

Knowledge, Experience and Education

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required.
  • Experience with Legal marketing software such as Saleforce or Incloud would be a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills required.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a client-service focused team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional attention to detail required.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, concurrent projects and competing priorities while maintaining calmness
