Job DescriptionPawn USA is looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented individual with the ability to multi-task while providing excellent customer service in person as well as over the phone. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and the ability to adapt and feel  comfortable in a fast paced environment. 
Our mission is to provide the best pawnbroking experience to everyone who connects with us whether in person, on the phone or online.... and we are looking for a new team member who can demonstrate that ability and is looking for a " career" job with the ability to make more money each year.   Working for Pawn USA in Woodbridge, Va is an excellent opportunity for growth, to have FUN at work and expand your knowledge in the pawnbroking industry


Duties include:
  • Cash transactions
  • Friendly customer support - in person and over the phone
  • Jewelry evaluation and sales
  • Sales of all other ( jewelry, designer bags and shoes, electronics, tools, coins, collectibles, etc) 
  • Loan processing
  • Data entry
  • Light cleaning and shop responsibilities

Requirements

  • Must have general computer skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be authorized to work in U.S.
  • Organized, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to multitask and be detail oriented
  • Customer service experience a plus, but not required – ability to SMILE is a good start
  • Basic math is needed - such as addition, subtraction, etc- we do have calculators  
  • Ability and willingness to learn jewelry evaluation and other item evaluation
  • Willing to undergo background check
