GENERAL OVERVIEW: 

Currently, for summer, we are in need of at least one to two crew members to run our zero turn mowers. While some days may involve assisting with other property maintenance and completing other landscaping tasks, the majority of days worked will be spent with a small crew, mowing our residential and commercial properties. Teamwork is a vital part of ensuring all tasks are completed and done so thoroughly at each site. Though fulfilling different roles at each property, you will still be working with at least one other person everyday. We need someone that can communicate effectively with others so nothing is overlooked. We need employees who can hold each other accountable rather than make the assumption a task was completed by another team member. On top of quality care, we also need employees who take pride in their appearance. Someone who will show up in proper shoes and pants as well as a clean company t-shirt. We will provide you with enough shirts (at no cost to you) for this to be possible. We pride ourselves on the quality and care we put into our services. We believe our team’s appearance should be a reflection of that quality service they’re providing. Please note we would like someone who is able to start right away upon hire. 

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

-Must know how to operate a commercial zero turn mower (this is not a push mower or riding mower like you’d typically have at home)

-Ability to cut clean straight lines when mowing 

-Must have reliable transportation to/from work and be able to arrive ON TIME. 

-Must be able to communicate effectively with others as well as have the ability take and provide direction to others depending on the role you are hired for. 

-Past experience in other types of property maintenance and/or landscaping outside of mowing is a plus

-Drivers license is a major plus but is not required so long as you have reliable transportation for work. Note: having a license offers our employees more room for growth and opportunity in the business due to the wide range of services we provide. Many of which require a valid license.

-Weekends off (unlike most property management/landscaping companies CDs we rarely have our employees work weekends. In the event that we are rained out the majority of the week, we generally do end up needing to makeup those days but they are few and far between).
