Preferred Local Candidates.

 

JOB DUTIES:

· Lead and manage daily production – Production Manager for all of MKE2/ all shifts.

· Lead and manage manufacturing engineering (equipment and processes) for both buildings.

· Lead and manage maintenance for both buildings.

· KPI’s- Schedule execution, productivity and efficiency, first pass yield, safety/6S, and unplanned versus planned asset downtime

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Degree Manufacturing Engineers preferred with 3-5 years of practicing experience.

· 1-2 years production management preferred

· Previous low volume/ high mix environment required.

· Previous Lean training and accomplishments required. Certification preferred.

· Ability to support 2 buildings from a management philosophy required.

· Servant leadership mentality

· Strong preventative maintenance experience and accomplishments required.

· Self-starter/ability to handle/desire to make chaos into orderly situations.

· Strong computer skills

· Ability to work effectively and communicate with all levels of the organization.

· Ability to be promoted and grow.
