Job DescriptionJob Description

Immediate opening for a weekend banquet set-up and housekeeping position. You will be responsible for banquet set-up and tear-down functions in a timely and efficient manner. Additional duties include housekeeping duties atter some events.

Responsibilities:

  • Read Banquet Event Orders and know how to complete set-up accurately.
  • Set tables and chairs in assigned area correctly and uniformly.
  • Assist in set-up and tear-down of buffet or special food service tables/equipment.
  • Perform housekeeping function after some events including, sweeping, mopping, attending bathroom and replenishing supplies.

Qualifications - Job Requirements

  • Related experience in banquet set-up and housekeeping
  • Flexible weekend work schedule
  • Ability to lift and store tables and chairs.
  • Stong attention to detail.
  • Reliable with strong work ethinc
