Job DescriptionJob Description

Thermal Plus has an exciting employment opportunity for an experienced HVAC service technician. Our clients range from residential, small to large businesses, and developers of residential and commercial real estate. We are looking for a motivated technician who take pride in their work and are interested in expanding their knowledge and abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment

Qualifications:

  • Proven field service experience with a minimum of 3 years in the industry.
  • Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Great work ethic and ability to pass drug & background screenings
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
  • Valid driver's license
