JOB SUMMARY
Position Title: Program Outcomes Specialist
Program: Domestic Violence Services
Classification: Non-Exempt/Full Time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES
Compliance:
- Generate accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reports for funders.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal grant requirements.
- Work with DVS staff to align data entry with best practices and applicable standards.
- Assist with administrative duties related to the submission of work orders, purchase orders, and other forms.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Develop and facilitate a training program for the client database.
- Coach team members on effective, accurate and timely use of the client database and other relevant systems.
- Champion the DVS trauma-informed initiative.
- Support staff to develop the skills to deliver services and support one another in a RICH (respect, information, connection, hope) manner.
Continuous Quality and Performance Improvement:
- Perform quality control checks on client and program data.
- Crosstrain with direct services roles to support technical and quality improvement.
- Establish & measure output goals and measurable program outcomes aligned with trauma-informed work, best practices, and funders’ standards.
- Lead in the development of strategies to communicate DVS’ impact to the community and stakeholders.
Planning & Organizing:
- Develop and maintain the necessary systems and tools to support internal and external goals and standards. Assist with systems improvements.
- Assist with the development of advocacy, fundraising and community outreach efforts.
- Assist with the planning and implementation of staff meetings, updates and communications.
- Maintain document library and SOP in Teams and other Microsoft 365 applications.
Advocacy & Direct Services:
- Provide advocacy on behalf of DV survivors in the community and with DVS partners.
- Assist with the development of training and referral systems.
- Complete 10 hours of continuing domestic violence and victims’ services education annually.
Perform other job-related duties as requested by their supervisor.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, project administration and management, or a related field, AND/OR equivalent education and related experience.
- 2-4 years’ experience with Microsoft Office 365 programs, including strong proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to coach and teach others.
- Social justice mindset.
- Strong desire to participate in an empowering culture that celebrates diversity.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
