Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be creating and managing a plan of care for individual patients and members with DDD. A Registered Nurse (RN) who operates with great attention to detail and a big heart. You take pride in creating personalized care plans for patients/members and are able to observe and communicate effectively in your patient's best interest. Experienced in working with members with DDD
Responsibilities 
  • Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans 
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions  
  • Document any/all changes in patient conditions and report on changes 
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor  

Qualifications
  • Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment 
  • Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
  • Valid driver’s license 
  • First aid/CPR certification required 
  • Article 9 certification
