DonutNV is a fun, quick-service mobile food concept. We make hot fresh mini donuts and fresh squeezed lemonade.

The Position: We’re looking for an experienced quick service food manager with a great attitude, proper identification and positive driving record. Sales and marketing experience is highly preferred. All team members must have an outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships.

Job expectations are as follows:

· This position will require the candidate to tow a trailer, properly set up the DonutNV trailer at events, execute the event with their team and breakdown the trailer. Franchisee is capable in training the hired truck manager to learn how to tow the DonutNV mobile trailer.

· The candidate would be responsible to partner with the franchise owner in booking events, building relationships within the designated territory, hiring and maintain a staff needed to successfully run the business. Experience with social media, marketing and sales is preferred.

· Inventory management. ordering supplies, stocking and maintaining proper inventory levels.

· Communication with franchisee and DonutNV corporate team is critical. Must maintain a great working relationship with both parties to ensure success of the business.

· The candidate would have to obtain a manager food safety certification (ServSafe) or ability to pass a manager food service certification class.

· Must have weekend and holiday availability.

· The manager would be expected to operate the DonutNV donut machine (fryer), make donuts and know how to work the machine with ease. The manager would be responsible for making donuts and be able to address any sudden equipment issues with ease as to avoid any loss of sales or downtime. The manager would also be responsible to report any donut machine issues to the franchise owner.

· The manager would be responsible for cleanliness of DonutNV mobile trailer and all equipment and tools needed in the operation.

· Candidate would be expected to manage a small team of people, motivate team to build sales and carry out basic work tasks (assist in setup and breakdown of mobile unit, make lemonade, coffee, etc.)

· The candidate manager would be responsible to carry out all logistics of event processes from ordering inventory, menu, setup and breakdown.

· Candidate must be able to build relationships within the specified territory / community. Must be punctual to all scheduled events, have strong communication skills to not only have successfully events, but to allow the opportunity to build upon these events for future business.

 

This is a DonutNV franchise location based in Gainesville, FL. This location is a great area with many exciting community events, local schools & universities and other functions. We offer competitive pay and benefits based on experience and level of position or responsibilities expected.
