Swimming Pool Foreman

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Swimming Pool Construction Foreman to join our team. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of pool construction, management, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule work activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines
- Monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Train and mentor construction workers on job tasks and safety procedures
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction projects
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed according to specifications
- Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Foreman in the pool construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Proficient in interpreting construction plans
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
