Afternoon Shift 12PM-8PM/ Preferably Sunday-Thursday

 

The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heaters, ventilation systems, and refrigeration units

 

Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems are operating efficiently and safely

 

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs

 

Replace or upgrade defective or outdated components to improve system performance

 

Provide excellent customer service, including explaining system issues and repair solutions to clients

 

Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including service reports and inventory management

 

Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery

 

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment

 

Qualifications:

- Relevant experience in HVAC and refrigeration

- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

- Field service experience preferred

- Familiarity with HVAC design and schematics

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Certification in HVAC/R or related field is a plus
