What’s In It for You

• Competitive pay - $25-$30/hour. Bonuses/Commissions implemented - after initial training.
• Paid training (roughly two weeks).
• M-F: 8-5pm days with territory of east Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
• TRUE work-life balance: 40–42-hour work weeks. (No weekends or “on-call” hours. Amazing – right?)

Responsibilities

• Be prompt and efficient.
• Solve customer’s electrical issues and build confidence that their home will be safe.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Deliver top-notch quality customer service.
• Perform quality control testing.
• Keep your company vehicle well maintained.
• Assist customers in evaluating repairs versus replacement options and perform work as needed:
• Light Fixtures
• Switches /Receptacles
• Circuit wiring
• Breakers
• Breaker / fuse panels
• Electrical service metering equipment
• Perform routine maintenance inspections
• Access areas of the home being serviced, such as, but not limited to crawl spaces and attic areas

Skills and/or Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of prior professional-level electrical experience, a must
• Completed an apprentice program/training for residential work.
• High school degree or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience doing estimates in a CRM. (Service Titan a plus)
• Own your own hand tools.
• Able to pass a drug test and background check.
