We are looking for friendly receptionists & experienced estheticians.

Our office is located in Carrollton, TX. All positions are in-person/on-site.

Our hours are Mon-Fri: 10am-7pm Sat: 10am-7pm (By Appointment Only) Sun: Closed.

All positions are full-time 5 days/week, 8 hours/day, with an hour lunch break.

Job Duties (Receptionist)

• Approach all encounters with clients and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner
• Answer client calls, texts, and emails
• Schedule client appointments
• Maintain confidentiality of client information
• Answer client questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• Resolve client complaints, find solutions to clients' satisfaction
• Be familiar with/possess basic knowledge of medical spa treatments and skin care
• Learn our spa's specific treatments, therapies, and product offerings
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available
• Effectively provide wellness and beauty solutions to meet the needs of our clients
• Keep the front area, hall, and bathroom clean and tidy
• Clean and restock inventory as required
• Effectively handle problems, including anticipating, identifying, preventing, and solving
• Place utmost importance to punctuality and dependability. You must be proactive, ambitious, ask for additional task and be able to incorporate common sense into your judgements

Job Duties (Esthetician)

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner
• Be able to multitask and maintain confidentiality client of information
• Resolve customer complaints, find solutions, provide customer satisfaction
• Possess knowledge of the skin, facial massage and skin extraction techniques
• Demonstrate willingness to train in our spa's specific therapies and treatment offerings
• Be able to learn the products and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness and beauty solutions to meet the needs of our clients
• Effectively handle problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving
• Handle clients' questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• Be on time for your shift
• Be flexible with your schedule depending on clients' needs
• Perform prep work and properly clean and restock room as required
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available
• Place utmost importance to punctuality and dependability. You must be proactive, ambitious, ask for additional task and be able to incorporate common sense into your judgement's.

Job Requirements (Receptionist)

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills (Required)
• Bilingual English/Korean or English/Vietnamese or English/Chinese (Strongly Preferred)
• 1+ Experience in medical spa environment (Preferred)
• Good knowledge of computer systems (Required)
• Pass a drug test
• Pass a criminal background check (no criminal history)
• Available to start immediately
• Have reliable transportation

Job Requirements (Esthetician)

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Esthetician License (Strongly Preferred)
• Laser Hair Removal License (Strongly Preferred)
• Phlebotomy License (Strong Plus)
• Medical Assistant License (Strong Plus)
• 2+ years of experience in med spa environment (Strongly Preferred)
• Pass a drug test
• Pass a criminal background check (no criminal history)
• Available to start immediately
• Have reliable transportation

Compensation

• $18/hr ~ $26/hr based on experience + Commissions
• Paid holidays
• PTO
