Stainless Steel Welder/Fabricator
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled stainless steel welder/fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in welding and fabricating stainless steel components and products. The candidate will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and drawings, setting up welding equipment, and fabricating high-quality stainless steel products that meet our client's specifications.
Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine specifications and requirements.
  • Measure and mark cutting and welding lines according to drawings or templates.
  • Set up welding equipment, including MIG and TIG welders, to perform welding operations.
  • Weld and fabricate stainless steel components and products according to specifications.
  • Ensure that all welding and fabrication work is of high quality and meets customer expectations.
  • Inspect and test welds to ensure that they meet company and industry standards.
  • Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in stainless steel welding and fabrication.
  • Knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
