Position to start Spring of 2024:

Be able to scale empty and loaded weights of trucks/trailers.

Relay correct material and requested amount to loader operator.

Need to have knowledge of SMS Turbo for ticketing and reporting.

Have customer service skill, organizational skills.

Have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Maintain contact with accounting department for invoice reporting as well as taking contractor payments.

Scan and send reports, tickets, invoice checks weekly to accounting department.

Take delivery orders over phone for quad dump truck, fill out delivery form and review daily deliveries with driver.
