Position Overview:

 

As a Junior Engineer, you will play a vital role in the planning, design, and execution of our construction projects. You will work closely with our senior engineers and project managers and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the engineering process. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or entry-level engineer to kickstart their career and develop a strong foundation in the construction and engineering industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Support the senior engineering team in all stages of project design, planning, and execution

- Conduct research and gather data to assist in the development of engineering plans, blueprints, and specifications

- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify engineering designs

- Participate in site visits to gather information and ensure project progress and safety

- Perform site calculations and analyze data to ensure accuracy in project designs

- Communicate with project managers and other team members to provide updates and reports on project progress

- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination on project deliverables

- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices, and apply them to project designs and plans

- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of engineering.

 

Qualifications:

 

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

- 4 years of experience in a similar role, or relevant internships

- Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools

- Strong mathematical and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic

- Knowledge of construction and engineering principles and practices.

 Salary: $42.000 to $55,000 yearly
