Our next HVAC Installer will enjoy meeting the needs of customers who call in each and every day. They know that being prompt, professional, and knowledgeable is of the utmost importance. Having a team mindset and possessing concern for the customer is key.

You will spend most of your time in the field accurately and efficiently installing top of the line heating and air conditioning equipment in our customer’s home while keeping in communication with the customer each step of the way. Position Overview:

· Work Hours: Full Time

· Compensation: $25-$35/hr. + spiffs and commission (our lead techs can earn an additional $1,000 to $1,200 a month in perfect job bonuses)

Requirements:

· Proven track record in residential HVAC install work of residential HVAC equipment and accessories

· Valid Driver’s License and a clean, safe driving record
