Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM | Salary: $18

 

We’re hiring an Expeditor Buyer for a Clearwater, FL manufacturing plant to ensure timely delivery of materials.

 

What you will be doing:

· Walk around the production area, so be prepared to get dirty.

· Update and maintain inventory and order management systems.

· Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

· Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.

· Resolve any issues related to supply chain or delivery delays.

· Communicate with production staff to understand material needs.

· Track and report on the status of orders and shipments.

· Coordinate with other departments to streamline procurement processes.

 

What is Required:

· High school diploma or GED.

· Understanding of purchasing procedures, contracts, and vendor management.

· Strong computer literacy.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Highly organized.

· Good communication skills

· Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
