Retail pharmacy located in West Hollywood near Beverly Hills is seeking a Pharmacy Frontend Clerk to become a part of our team You will assist in various retail and office related duties.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Process prescriptions using computer software (PioneerRx)
- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Track and manage front-end sales, inventory, shelving, promotions, etc
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in billing and tracking accounts receivables
- Ensure payments are received in timely manner
- Assist in business marketing and
- Assist in various other tasks and duties as requested
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pharmacy or other related fields
- Experience in medical billing a plus
- Experience in social/digital marketing a plus
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to details
- Strong organizational skills
