Job DescriptionJob DescriptionQuality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring all specified quality requirements are met.

Requirements
⦁ Perform 1st piece, in-process, and final inspection.

⦁ Review customer blueprint/contract documents by analyzing specifications, matching internal drawings/work order instructions, and identifying discrepancies.

⦁ Prepare First Article and Final Inspection reports.

⦁ Read and interpret blueprints and follow detailed work instructions.

⦁ Work closely with the shop floor to complete inspections in a timely manner and correct any non-conformances.

⦁ Must be able to inspect using measuring tools, including but not limited to micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, and optical comparator.

⦁ High school diploma or equivalent required

⦁ Prior experience in a manufacturing environment

⦁ Knowledge of AS9100

⦁ CMM programming knowledge a plus
