Gutter and Siding Installer/Repair Technician

This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of gutter systems and siding on residential and potentially commercial properties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Installation:
    • Conduct site inspections to assess property needs and measure for gutters and siding.
    • Prepare accurate cost estimates for clients.
    • Install gutters and siding using appropriate materials and tools (ladders, power tools, sealants).
    • Ensure proper functioning of gutter systems, including directing water flow away from the foundation.
    • Adhere to building codes and safety regulations.
  • Maintenance and Repair:
    • Respond to client requests for gutter cleaning and minor repairs.
    • Identify and fix damaged gutters, downspouts, and siding components.
    • Recommend and implement solutions for gutter system deficiencies.
  • Additional tasks may include:
    • Providing customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
    • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
    • Assisting with loading and unloading materials.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum experience in construction, roofing, gutters, siding.
  • Experience with gutter and siding installation is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of building codes and safety procedures.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
  • Excellent physical condition with the ability to work at heights.
  • Valid driver's license .
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
