Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking skilled Leasing Consultants --- (Spanish/English speaking) , for a community in the Gaithersburg, MD area who are motivated, friendly and experienced leasing professionals who match the skillset requested to apply and get started

Qualifications:

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to new and existing residents
  • Multi-family leasing experience is a must
  • Ability to speak both Spanish and English fluently
  • Fair Housing expertise - "What you do for one, you must do for all"
  • Outgoing and friendly personality; must be a "people person"
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience touring, using software to contact leads, schedule tours, complete guest cards and keep up on specials
