  • Preparing the audit assignment papers and budgets
  • Completing the audit programs. Where applicable, contacting the client to arrange timing of the audits and attendance of inventory counts, etc.
  • Preparing confirmations including bank, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, etc.
  • Attending inventory counts
  • Ensuring that jobs are completed on time and within budget
  • Presenting the Audit Manager/Partner with a complete assignment file with minimal review points
  • Perform 401(k) Plan audits
  • Reviewing financial statements
  • Compiling financial statements
  • Drafting of Accountants’ Report and management letter to clients
  • Researching and analyzing financial statement and audit related issues.
  • Assisting and performing other duties as assigned
