Bilingual (Spanish/English) Print Sales Coordinator

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Sales Support Specialist to join our team, helping secure a variety of printing projects including large format printing, environmental graphics, signage, and more. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses outstanding customer service skills, and has a foundational understanding of digital printing processes.

LOCATION:

  • 100% remote with daily video check-in meetings

PAY:

  • $14.00/hour

SCHEDULE:

  • Flexible hours, to be agreed upon during the interview
  • 15-20 hours per week to start

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in sales
  • Excellent time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the sales team in securing digital printing projects, including traditional business printing (flyers, door hangers, postcards, business cards, business forms) and imprinted promotional products
  • Maintain and update customer lists
  • Engage with clients through various channels, including in-person meetings, site visits, phone calls, and video meetings
  • Provide excellent support by multitasking, managing tasks with urgency, and delivering superior customer service

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be comfortable working remotely with daily video check-ins
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong background in customer service
  • High self-awareness and a strong desire for personal and professional growth
